Some lucky Los Angeles commuters are being treated to some mobile Conceptual Art thanks to LA artist Barbara Kruger and her incredible buses.
These 12 city buses wrapped in text produced by the artist are part of a month-long multimillion-dollar public awareness campaign accompanied by 85 billboards, bus shelters, and wall postings promoting arts education in public schools.
Phrases on her buses include: “Give your brain as much attention as you do your hair and you’ll be a thousand times better off,” “Don’t be a jerk,” and “You want it. You buy it. You forget it.”
